If you receive an error like “Application Error” it is usually because you are entering an incorrect “Agency Number” when trying to log in.
A common misunderstanding of the Agency Number (4 digit) requirement is where to place the zero (0). To ensure your agency number is formatted correctly, please try logging in again and place a 0 (zero) at the end of your “Agency Number”.
Here are examples of correct agency number formats: 1790, 2350 – notice the (0) zero at the end of the number.
Please go to the ECMS home page located at http://ecms.des.wa.gov/ECMS/default.aspx and verify the zero is at the end of your agency number.
