The PC you are trying to log into must be connected to the network and on?
I verified the PC I’m trying to connect to is on...you may need to reset your Internet Explorer settings see below for instructions:
- Click on the internet explorer icon
- Click on the Tools tab
- Select Internet Options
- Click on the Advanced tab
- Click on the Reset button
- Click the check box next to Delete personal settings
- Click the Reset button
- Once all the items have a green check mark next to them click the Close button
- Close your internet explorer browser completely and try the site again.
