Your vault syncs with the server and depending on the cycle you may need to resynch your vault, follow the instructions below to manually sync your vault:
You can only see shortcuts/stubs for only two years, after that time you need go to the Enterprise Vault and use Archive Explorer to view the mail. To do this you do the following:
- Open Outlook
- Click on the Enterprise Vault tab
- Click the Synchronize button
- Verify the process is successful
- Once the process finishes successfully click Closed
