Create A ZenDesk Account With DES IT Support 4U To View Your Support Tickets

Creating an account with DES IT Support 4U will allow you to track the progress on your current open tickets or browse previous tickets for answers to solve an issue you may have already had. Also, with an account, you will not have to scroll through all of your emails to find the email sent to you after your ticket was entered into the system.

 

For DES Employees
An account has already been created for you using your DES email address. You will need to change your password. Follow the steps below to change your password.

  1. From the customer portal  (https://desitsupport4u.des.wa.gov), click the "Sign in" link at the top right hand side of the page.

  2. When the Sign In box opens, click the "Get a password" link after Have you emailed us?


  3. Enter your DES email address in the "Your email" field and hit Submit.

  4. You will receive a pop up telling you to Check your email.

  5. Open the email in Outlook and then click on the "Visit the following URL to set a new password:" link. In the "Change password" box, enter a new password (following the requirements) and hit change password.

  6. Once you submit your new password, you will be redirected to the DES IT Support 4U Customer Portal and automatically logged in.

**Password tips

  • Do not use your normal AD (computer) password.

  • The password will not expire but if you forget the password, you can contact DES IT Support 4U or go back to the Sign-In page and Click on Forgot Password.

 

For NON-DES Employees (other Government Agencies, Cities, Schools)

  1. From the customer portal (https://desitsupport4u.des.wa.gov/hc/en-us), click the "Sign in" link at the top right-hand side of the page.

  2. When the Sign In box opens, click the "Sign up" link after New to Washington State DES?


  3. Enter your Full Name and email address into the "Your full name" and "Your email" fields, complete reCAPTCHA (I'm not a robot) and hit Sign up.


  4. You will receive a pop up telling you Sign-up complete.

  5. Open the email and then click on the "Visit the following URL to set a new password:" link. In the "Change password" box, enter a new password (following the requirements) and hit change password.

  6. Once you submit your new password, you will be redirected to the DES IT Support 4U Customer Portal and automatically logged in.
