Access Aura from Your Desk at Work

1. Press the Voicemail access button or dial the voicemail access number (71111)
2. Enter the temporary password (692872) 

Access Aura from Another Desk at Work

1. Press the voicemail access button or dial the voicemail access number (71111)
2. Press * followed by #
3. Enter your 10-digit mailbox number (your phone number, including area code)
4. Enter the temporary password (692872) followed by #

Access Aura from Outside the Office

1. Dial the voicemail access number, 360-407-1111
2. When the voice messaging system answers press #
3. Enter your 10-digit mailbox number
4. Enter the temporary password (692872) followed by #
   
   

The first time you log into your Voicemail, the system will walk you through your initial mailbox setup.

You will be instructed to:

1. Change your password (Note: Your new password must be between 4 and 15 digits in length and cannot be your phone number. A minimum of eight digits is recommended.)
2. Record your name
3. Record your personal greeting

You will also have the option of listening to a voicemail tutorial.
