Setting Up Your Avaya Voice Mail

INTERNAL ACCESS:

• From your own desk
  1. Press the Voicemail access button or Dial the voicemail access number, 71111
  2. Enter the temporary password 692872
     
• From someone else’s desk
  1. Press the Voicemail access button or Dial the voicemail access number, 71111
  2. Press * followed by #
  3. Enter you 10-digit mailbox number (360407XXXX)
  4. Enter the temporary password followed by #

EXTERNAL ACCESS:

1. Dial the voicemail access. 360.407.1111
2. When the voice messaging system answers, press #
3. Enter your 10-digit mailbox number
4. Enter the temporary password followed by #
   
   

VOICEMAIL SETUP:

The first time you log into a new voicemail box, the system will walk you through the initial mailbox setup and have you:

1. Change your password
2. Record your name
3. Record your personal greeting

 If the mailbox was transferred to you from the previous user, refer to the Navigation Menu below to set the items above.
