LC - Adding Virtual Meeting Information to Instructor Led Training (ILT) Classes

1.   Click Administration

2. Click Learning Management

3.  Click Activity Management

4.  Click Learning Activities

5. Change the view to ILT Class
   
   

6.Click Edit for he ILT Class that needs virtual information added

7.  Click Send to Stage

8.  Click Optional

9.  Navigate to 

10. Paste Virtual Meeting Link into the User Notes field
    
    
11. Click OK
    
    
    
    
    
12. Click Validate for Production
    
    
13. Click Move to Production
    
    
14. Click Close
