1. click on the admin tab

  2. click on the word Administration

  3. Click on Learning activities

  4. Go to the learning activity that is free AND where you also want it to be approved

  5. Click Edit

  6. click move to stage

  7. Click optional

  8. Go down to Registration-->Availability and click on the Requires Approval checkbox which allows you to specify if the training requires approval before the learner is added to the roster.
