How to change roles

You are able to do this yourself as an admin in your domain.  Here's how:

1. Click on the Admin Tab
   
   
2. Click on Users
   
   
3. Click on All Users
   
   
4. Search for User in the white box under the word users
   
   
5. Click on their name
   
   
6. Click on their name again in the slide out box (blue text at the top)
   
   
7. Click on Personal
   
   
8. Click on User Account and Personal Details
   
   
9. Change the User Security Role to ENT_Agency Admin
