Change iPhone Default Photo Format

By default, Apple sets the photo format to HEIC. JPG is the preferred photo format for most DES staff. Follow the steps below to change the default iPhone photo format.

On your iPhone, click on the Settings Icon.

   2. Click Formats.
      
      
   3. Click Most Compatible. JPG will be the new default for all of your photos.
