1. Click Learning Activities short cut on the left-hand side tool bar
    Narrow the view to WA State Curriculum on the right-hand side using the Activity type drop down
  2. Input the Name, Code, or Keywords and click the magnifying glass to search
  3. Select the radio button next to your selected activity
  4. Click the Edit button to the right of your selected activity
  5. Select Roster tab at the top left-hand side of the activity screen
  6. Select the Checkbox next all Usernames with an In-Progress or Registered Status
  7. Select Status Drop down – Canceled
  8. Click Apply
  9. Now that the roster has been reconciled you will want to inactivate the activity.
  10. Click Cancel to exit the roster to take you to the activities ‘Configure general properties for the activity’ page.
  11. Click the Send to Stage button on the bottom left-hand side of the activity. This will allow you to make edits.
  12. Click the Optional button on the bottom right-hand side of the page.
  13. Under configure general properties for the activity select Status.
  14. Uncheck the checkbox next to Active
  15. In the status dropdown Select Inactive
  16. Click Ok
  17. Under Metadata select System
  18. Under Expiration date select Expires On:
  19. Select the Calendar Icon and select and expiration date. Expiring classes ensures that online trainings with subscription links cannot be retaken if accessed. 
  20. Click Ok
  21. Under Registration click Availability
  22. Uncheck the checkbox next to Open for Registration
  23. Uncheck the checkbox Allow one click registration
  24. Click Ok
  25. Under Notifications click System Defined
  26. On the right-hand side of the page in the view drop down select Active
  27. Select the check box next to all active notifications and Click Inactivate. Repeat this process until all active notifications have been inactivated (system only shows 10 at a time).
  28. Click Ok
  29. Under Management click Users verify there are no individual assignments made
  30. Click Ok
  31. Under Management click Audiences
  32. Select the checkbox next all available audiences.
  33. Click Edit
  34. Select Apply to All checkbox in the add audiences’ area of the audience assignment.

    Note: Audiences can be archived or deleted from the activity. If you choose to delete the audience, remember that the system will remove this assignment completely from all learners. If you need a record of the assignment, we recommend running a report beforehand or using the archive.

  35. Select the calendar icon next to the Archived Date and select date.

    Note: Archiving the audience only does it for this activity. It does not make the audience inactive or impact other assignments.

  36. Click Ok
  37. Under the stage tab of the optional screen Click View Tracks
  38. Under the properties click General
  39. Uncheck the checkbox next to Active
  40. Click Ok
  41. Under the stage tab of the optional screen Click View Activities
  42. Click Validate for Production
  43. Click Move to Production
