DES is using Apple iPhones and iPads as their mobile device standard. If you have a business justification to have an android, your manager/supervisor will need to email DES IT Support 4U with the business justification and DES IT Support will evaluate the request.
If you would like to request a Mobile Work phone, you must:
- Complete the Cellular_Device_Approval_Form that was included in your New Employee packet. You can also fill out the form electronically by visiting the DES IT Support 4U Customer Portal and searching for Cellular Device Request.
- Make sure that you, your Supervisor and the Division Head all sign the Approval form.
- Send the completed Cellular Device Authorization and Agreement form to the DES IT Support 4U Helpdesk at email@example.com
- DES IT Support 4U will process your request and contact you if they have any questions. It usually takes 3-5 days to receive your new Mobile Phone.
