If you have a scheduled a meeting and then need to change it to be a Skype meeting instead, follow the steps below.
- In Outlook, open your calendar by clicking on the calendar icon at the bottom left.
- Select the meeting that you want to make a Skype meeting by double clicking on the meeting.
- Click on the Meeting tab and click the Skype Meeting button on the tool bar.
- The window will change on the left side. You will see a “Send Update” button appear. Click on the send update button. Your meeting is now a Skype meeting.
