If you having troubles with the TEEM add-in in Outlook, follow the steps below to get the add-in enabled again.
- Open Outlook
- Click File
- Click Manage COM Add-ins
- Locate the Plug-in for TEEM, and click Always enable this add-in
- Close the open add-in window and click the back arrow to return to your mailbox. The TEEM plugin will be restored the next time you create a new Appointment. You may be required to sign back into the application.
NOTE: eClient Domain users can select Sign In With Company SSO. Other users may need to sign in with their email address and password, or agency service account as previously instructed by Facilities staff at the Sommers Building.
