Locking Your Computer

If you walk away from your desk, even for a brief moment, do you lock your computer? You may not think it’s a big deal, but leaving your computer unlocked is a lot like leaving your car running with the doors unlocked. Anyone could sit at your computer and gain access to your private information.

Easily lock your computer with the Windows Key and L.

When you lock your PC, you won’t have to worry about losing all of your documents or applications. Once you put your password back in, you will pick up where you left off. Also, this is quicker than having to hit Ctrl+Alt+Delete then select the Lock option or going to the bottom corner clicking on the Windows icon, then selecting the little grey icon, and then selecting the Lock option.
