Existing Meeting

  1. Go to Calendar

  2. Open the meeting notice you wish to mark private

  3. In the upper right-hand corner, click on the Private icon


  4. Save & Close–your meeting is now marked as Private

OR:

  1. Go to Calendar

  2. Right click on your meeting notice –choose the Private option

New Meeting

  1. Go to Calendar

  2. Click on New Appointment

  3. In the upper right-hand corner, click on the Private icon


  4. Save & Close–your meeting is now marked as Private
