As we transition to teleworking during the COVID-19 situation we want to provide you with some helpful information about using desk phones, software and mobile devices.
How Do I Transfer My Desk Phone?
You can transfer incoming calls to another local number ensuring everyone can still reach you. Below are all the different ways you can transfer your work phone calls.
Physically forward your phone:
- Dial *00 9 plus the number where the calls are to be sent. (e.g. *0093605551234). To cancel call forwarding dial #00 on your desk phone.
- Pressing the Call Forward button (this could be on the 2nd screen of your phone if it is programmed. Press right/left arrow on the phone) and enter 9 plus the 10 digit phone number you are wanting to forward to.

Premium Voicemail:
- If you have premium voicemail service provided by WaTech, you can set up call forwarding as well as receiving voicemails via email using a web site from anywhere.
- If you do not have this service but would like to request it, contact IT4U and they can request this from WaTech for you.
