Changing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

Change MFA verification methods

1. Open browser, in address line type or paste: https://portal.office.com/
   
   
2. On the upper right side of screen, click on the round circle with your initials or picture.
   Opens menu to My account.
   

Go to Preferred Options page

1. Click My Account.
   
   
2. From the left navigation, select Security info.
   
   Or Update Info in the Security Info area of the body of the webpage.
   
   
   
3. From here you can Add or Change your verification methods.
   

Change Default sign-in method

1. Click the blue Change link near "Default sign-in method."

2. You will be prompted with a drop-down selector:
