Now that you are enrolled in MDM and everything is working, you will need to set up a few things. See below for links to helping you set up your mobile device.
**NOTE - Never add your personal iCloud account to a state issued mobile device!
First thing you will need to do is add your phone number as the Name of the phone:
- Click Settings
- Click General
- Click About
- Click Name
- Enter your phone number in the Name field. (Use this format: 360.555.9988)
- Exit out of Settings

APP Catalog - Many of the common apps will now be available to you in the App Catalog. If you are looking for an App that you used to have and you don't see it in the App Catalog, contact IT4U and they can push the App to your mobile device. The App Catalog can be found on the Home Screen of your mobile device.
RSA APP - If you had the RSA App installed on your iPhone for using VPN, you will need to go to the App Catalog on your mobile device and install the RSA app. After the app is installed, contact DES IT Support 4U and they will send you a new token.
