Zoom - Access & Download Your Recordings

1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal (https://des-wa.zoom.us/).
   
   
2. In the navigation menu, click Recordings.
   
   
   
3. You will see a list of cloud recordings that you started.
   
   
4. Adjust the date range and status, then search by host, meeting ID, topic, or keyword.
   Note: There is no limit on the date you can specify.
   
   

DOWNLOAD YOUR RECORDING

1. From the list of recordings, under Topic, click on the recording you want to download.
   
   
2. Click on Download (x files) to start the download.
   
   
   
3. The recordings will appear in the bar at the bottom of your browser. Once they are fully downloaded, you can access the files in File Explorer under Downloads.
