Note:  First you have to submit a ticket with the help desk so we can provide you with the URL to use with the images you are requesting.

  1. Receive communication from the help desk providing the URL you will use to associate the image in the image library.
  2. Navigate to Learning Activities
    1. Click Administration
    2. Click Administration Overview
    3. Click Learning Activities
    4. Search for your activity
    5. Click Edit
  3. Click Send to Stage
  4. In the right hand pane under Configure General Properties for your Activity Activity Image section click the Radio Button beside Enter URL
  5. Input the URL that was provided to you
  6. Click Save
  7. Click Validate for Production
  8. Click Move to production
