How to Inactivate an End-user

  1. Click on Administration
  2. Click on Users
  3. Click on All Users
  4. Input their name in the white search box under the word “Users”
  5. Click on their name
  6. Click on their name at the top of the right hand slide out box
  7. Click on Personal
  8. Click on User Account and Personal Details
  9. Click off the Active checkbox
  10. Click Save
