LC - Clearing Cache and Cookies

Chrome

1. Hold down CNTRL+SHFT+DEL keys together. This will open a dialog box. 
2. Ensure the drop down says All time
3. Check the following options
   • Browsing history
   • Download history
   • Cached images and files
   • Cookies and other site data
4. In the pop-up box, click Clear Data.

5.  Once cookies and files are cleared, close the browser and restart it.

6.  Open a new window and access the login page directly by typing in the URL: https://sowa.sumtotal.host. Do not use a bookmark or favorite.

FireFox

1. Hold down CNTRL+SHFT+DEL keys together. This will open a dialog box. 
2. Click on the down facing chevron next to Details. This will open more options in the pop-up box.
3. 
4. Ensure that Everything is selected for time time range
5. Check the following options
   • Browsing & Download History
   • Cookies
   • Cache
6. Click Clear Now
7. 
8. Once cookies and files are cleared, close the browser and restart it.
9. Open a new window and access the login page directly by typing in the URL: https://sowa.sumtotal.host. Do not use a bookmark or favorite.

Internet Explorer

1. Hold down CNTRL+SHFT+DEL keys together. This will open a dialog box. 
2. Check the following options
   • Preserve Favorites website data
   • Temporary Internet files and website files
   • Cookies and website data
   • History
3. Click Delete
4. 
5. Once cookies and files are cleared, close the browser and restart it.
6. Open a new window and access the login page directly by typing in the URL: https://sowa.sumtotal.host. Do not use a bookmark or favorite.
