To prevent emails being forwarded in Outlook, you can simply follow the steps below:
- Create a new email,
- In the pop-up new window, click File
- Click Encrypt under the Info, select an account and choose Do Not Forward
- And when the encryption is added successfully, you will see a notice (sample below) at the top of your draft email.
