The ETS self-service portal is where you will find software that is already installed or available to install on your computer. You may also see software that has an update available that needs to be initiated.
To get there, follow these steps:

Click Start
or press the windows key on your keyboard. Then scroll down to DES IT4U Self Service Portal and click on the name to select.

The portal will launch.
Note: that sometimes the portal will launch behind other open applications; you should check your task bar.

When you find the software you need, click Install.

If there is a newer version of software you already have installed on your PC, you will see the button says Update instead of Install.
