Sharing Your Screen
If you are presenting in a Teams meeting and you would like to share your screen, whiteboard or PowerPoint file, it is easy to do with a simple click of the button.
Click on Share content in your meeting controls. Then, choose to present your entire screen, a window, a PowerPoint file, or a whiteboard.
Viewing Shared Content
Teams offers a few options to make content easier to read/view in meetings.
Select "Focus on content" and/or "Full screen" in the meeting controls, the list of participants is replaced by the full shared content.
Pop Out Shared Content in a Teams Meeting
When viewing shared content in a Teams meeting, use the Pop out icon on the meeting toolbar to give the content more space on your screen(s).
Click or tap the Pop out icon to make the shared content appear in a new window.
NOTE: You can pop-out shared content in scheduled and "meet now" meetings, in private and channel meetings, with Teams calling, and when screensharing from Teams chat.
Popping in Shared Content
To pop in the content, click or tap the "x" icon in the upper right. If you go on hold during the meeting, the shared content will automatically pop in.
