How to Find Transcripts for inactive accounts

  1. Click on Administration

  2. Click on Users

  3. Click on All Users


4. Click on Filters



5.  Use the left green nav bar and input the user ID into the User ID field

6.  Change the Account Status to Inactive


7.  Input their UserID into the Login Username field.  Note:  The UserID/Login User name fields are the Employee ID (aka EMPLID, Personnel Number, or PRNR)

8.  Click Refine

9.  Click on their Name

10.  Click on their Name again in the slide out box (blue text at the top)

11.  Click on Learning

12.  Click on Training Transcript
